    • Decommissioning
    • Modification
    • Testing for cathodic protection and tank tightness
    • Inspection

How to Get the Underground Storage Tank Service Supervisor’s License in Oregon?

  1. Take and pass the applicable trade exam(s) for the Oregon Underground Storage Tank Service Supervisor license given by the International Code Council (ICC©):
  2. Send the application form within 30 days of passing the qualifying exam(s) to the given address, including the following:
    • Required application fee
    • Full name and address of the candidate
    • Name, address, and e-mail address of the Service Provider that the individual is employed by or regularly associated with
    • Original or legible copy of documentation that the applicant has successfully passed the needed supervisor examination(s)
  3. Receive a certification card valid for twenty-four months issued by the UST Department once the application is validated
