Oregon Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant Electrician (PJ) License

The Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant Electrician (PJ) License allows you to do the following work:

• Install, repair and replace electrical wiring and electrical products in:
  • Operable manufacturing plants
  • Industrial plants owned or used by the employer

A Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant Electrician (PJ) must work under a Limited Supervising Electrician (PS). If this requirement is not met, the scope of work will be limited to repair and maintenance only.

How to Get the Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant Electrician (PJ) License in Oregon?

1. Fill out the application form:

2. Complete a work history document and fill out the experience verification form:
   • Electrical Experience Verification Form
3. Sign an applicant’s affidavit and choose the preferred examination location
4. Mail or fax a sealed packet of all the previous documents to:
