• Inspect structures for lead-based paint and write reports on any findings

How to Get the Lead-Based Paint Inspector License in Oregon?

1. Be at least 18 years of age
2. Fill out the application form:
   • Lead-Based Paint Inspector Application form
3. Attach a Copy of Business Public Health Division Certification and a Copy of Oregon Health Division Photo ID Badge
4. Submit the application packet with the license application fee to:
