The Elevator Limited Journeyman (E) License allows you to do the following work:

• Install, maintain, and repair elevators, including electrical and mechanical systems

How to Get the Elevator Limited Journeyman (E) License in Oregon?

1. Fill out the application form:
   • Elevator Licenses Application Form
2. Complete a work history document and fill out the experience verification form:
   • Elevator Experience Verification Form
3. Sign an applicant’s affidavit
4. Mail or fax a sealed packet of all the previous documents to:

5. Expect the license issued by the Building Codes Division via mail
