Registration and Licensing Requirements for Heating Oil

The OAR Chapter 340, Division 163: Registration and Licensing Requirements for Heating Oil Tank and Soil Matrix Cleanup Service Providers and Supervisors regulates the licensing of firms performing heating oil tank services; the examination, qualification, and licensing of individuals who supervise heating oil tank services; and the administration and enforcement of these rules by the Department.
