A Heating Group 1 Class II Contractor can work on "wet" or "water-based" comfort heating systems in single-family detached dwellings only. To be able to do this type of work on any type of building, including commercial and industrial, you would need a North Carolina Heating Group 1 Class I Contractor License instead.
