The Manufactured Housing Yardline Endorsement Contractor License allows you to do the following work:

  • Shall extend the scope of an MHD-3 license to install gas yard lines to manufactured homes upon acquiring an appropriate endorsement from the Division

How to apply for the Manufactured Housing Yardline Endorsement Contractor License in New Mexico?

  1. Fill out the application form for the Manufactured Housing Yardline Endorsement Contractor license:
  2. Schedule the exam through PSI© using the Examination Registration Form. No pre-approval is required for scheduling.
  3. Take and pass the following examinations:
    • New Mexico Manufactured Housing Yardline Endorsement Contractor Trade Exam
    • New Mexico Business and Law Examination (PSI©)
  4. Upon receiving the passing test scores, submit the application to the CID-Manufactured Housing Division for final processing, and the CID-MHD will issue the license.
