Burglar alarm contractor: Those who are qualified to install, maintain, repair, alter or extend burglar alarm systems in single family homes, duplexes, mobile homes, and commercial buildings having a square footage of not more than five thousand (5,000) square feet. Any electrical installation above seventy-seven (77) volts may be included in the contract for work but must be subcontracted to a certified electrical contractor. This contractor may also perform the scope of the communication and sound systems contractor.
