A "marine construction engineering contractor is an engineering contractor, having the experience and skill gained by not less than three years as a general superintendent for an engineering contractor, as demonstrated to the satisfaction of the licensing board and qualified and certified to construct seawalls and small docks. A seawall and small dock engineering contractor may drive piling for one-story building construction, seawalls and small docks.
