A Miami Dade County Land Clearing and Grubbing Engineering Contractor is an engineering contractor who has a qualifying agent with the experience and skill gained by not less than one (1) year as a general superintendent for an engineering contractor or education equivalent thereto, or a combination thereof, and qualified and certified to clear land of surface debris and vegetation growth, including the grubbing of roots, the removal of the debris therefrom and the general leveling of the surface thereinafter and work incidental thereto.
