Sign contractor--Electrical: A contractor qualified to install, repair, alter, add to, or change any electrical wires, apparatus, raceways, conduit or any part thereof on interior or exterior electrical signs and is qualified to erect signs. Such contractor may connect to an existing sign circuit and may contract for and take out building permits for the erection of signs. The scope of certification shall not include the provision of any electrical work beyond the last disconnect mean or terminal points.
