In order for an applicant to be certified as a mechanical journeyman or specialty journeyman by the board, the applicant must demonstrate possession of the knowledge, ability, and skill to perform mechanical work in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and in compliance with the building code and other applicable codes and regulations.
