Hawaii Tuckpointing and Caulking (C-31d) Contractor License

The Tuckpointing and Caulking (C-31d) Contractor License allows you to do the following work:

• Tuckpointing, caulking, and sealing of concrete block and pre-cast stone
• Caulk metal to concrete
• Caulk metal to masonry
• Spall repair
