The Manufactured Homes Professional Installer License allows you to do the following work:

• Installation of:
  • Manufactured homes
  • Mobile homes

How to Get the Manufactured Homes Professional Installer’s License in Georgia?

1. Take the installation training course and pass the final examination (The course must have been taken within 12 months prior to the initial application for licensure. Continuing education courses approved by the Commissioner shall be taken every 24 months thereafter)
2. Create an account in the OCI Citizenserve site
3. Fill out the online application
4. Choose the business classification (Company, Individual)
5. Attach the required documents:
   • Notarized citizenship affidavit
   • Notarized consent form (for background check)
   • Two valid forms of ID
   • Proof of completion of an installation training course and corresponding examination
6. Wait for an Office of the Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner response within 5 and 7 business days
