The Lead Services Renovator License allows you to do the following work on lead renovation activities:

• Performance
• Conduction

How to Get the Lead Services Renovator’s License in Georgia?

1. Complete the eight-hour initial training course given by an Accredited Provider
2. Submit an application through the Georgia Environmental Protection Division Online System (GEOS) and pay the corresponding fees
3. Attach the following documents to the application:
   • Passport-size color photo
   • Training certificate(s)
4. Expect a Lead-Based Paint Program response before the issuance of the license depending on the payment type chosen and workload. ACH payments are processed more quickly. Note that this may take up to 2 weeks
