The Commercial Plumbing Inspector 2P License allows you to do the installation, design, and inspections for the all the following systems:

• DWV
• Potable and nonpotable water supply and storage
• Storm Water
• Special Waste
• Non-flammable medical and non-medical oxygen piping systems specialty fixture that serve special functions and the connections to the DWV and water supplies

Responsibilities and duties shall include but not be limited to the verification of the following:

• Proper pipe sizing
• Regulated safety devices
• Water heater
• Testing storm drainage
• All special piping
