St. Lucie County (Florida) Marine Contractor (GITS©) License

The scope of work of a Marine Contractor shall include the construction, alteration and repair of bridges, tunnels, overpasses, harbor facilities, docks, shipyards, bulkheads, retaining walls, seawalls, dams, locks and similar structures in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor and in compliance with the building code and other applicable codes and regulations. A Marine Contractor may perform all work and activities of all other engineered structural building classes. He may excavate, pave and do concrete work which is necessary and incidental to his work.
