A Mechanical Maintenance is a person qualified and certified by examination to maintain mechanical installations. The work of a mechanical maintenance man shall be confined to repairing, maintaining, servicing of existing systems involving air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation and pressure and process piping contained and used upon the premises or building owned, occupied or otherwise controlled by the person, firm or corporation by whom the mechanical maintenance man is regularly employed.
