Permit Checklist

For each application, please include the following.

• All Contractor Registration.
• Please provide a phone number and contact the person if there is something else that is required.
• The plans showing clearly the scope of work. Please include all setbacks, heights, materials and finished floor elevations for driveways pool decks, and fences. For all electrical work, notarized signature for qualifier should be located on the plans.
• For all permits that require a survey, zoning affidavit from homeowners must be included.
