“Sign Electrical Contractor” means a contractor whose services consist of the installation, repair, alteration, addition to or change of any electrical wires, apparatus, raceways, conduit or any part thereof on electrical signs. Such contractor may also contract for and take out building permits for the erection of electric signs.
