Miami Dade County office is still accepting applications with an expiration date of July 2023. The affected and remaining licenses can be viewed on the Miami-Dade Contractor License Category page. A contractor license is not needed if an applicant has a trade that does not need to pull permits. You will need to obtain a Building, Residential, or GC license to pull permits or remain a licensed contracting company.
