Carpentry Subcontractor means a person who is qualified to have the knowledge and skill to install any wood product into a structure or building, including but not limited to raw framing, including metal studs, structural and non-structural walls, trusses, siding and wood siding, excluding interior and exterior trim, including soffit and siding, provided that such subcontractor does not install wood siding or cladding or other structural components.
