Duval County Building Contractors License (GITS©)

Building contractor means a contractor whose services are limited to construction, remodeling, demolition, repair, or improvements of commercial buildings and single or multiple dwelling residential buildings, neither to exceed three stories or 36 feet in height, and accessory use structures in connection therewith, or those contractors whose services are limited to remodeling, repair or improvements of any size building if the services do not affect the structural members of the building.
