The scope of work of an Insulation Contractor shall include and be limited to the installation, maintenance, repair, alteration and extension of any insulation primarily installed to prevent loss or gain of heat from internal or external sources in pipes, vessels, ducts or in built-up refrigerated boxes or rooms, including the application of protective coatings necessary and incidental thereto.
