Permit Requirements
The City of Lake Alfred requires certain documents when applying for a permit.
- 2020 Building Permit Application Form
- Site Plan and/or Site Survey
- Two (2) sets of sealed drawings or product approval sheets from manufacturer for sheds
- Owner Affidavit for owners of property when acting as their own contractor and providing direct, onsite supervision themselves of all work not performed by licensed contractors.
- Re-Roof Inspection Policy
- Notice of Commencement (if applicable).
