• Re-Roof (Addendum Required)
• Satellite Dish OVER 20”
• Screen Enclosures/ Pool / Patio / Porch
• Sheds
• Slab
• Signs (Addendum Required)
• Tenant Improvement
• Tents/Canopies larger than 10’ X 10’
• Temporary Trailer
