The City of Belle Isle uses Permit Applications for permitting; for more information please visit the Permit Forms Portal.
Types of Permits to Submit an Application For
The City of Belle Isle wants Contracto's to submit a permit application that applies to their project and they must also be signed and notarized before submitting it to their contractor provider Universal Engineering. For the types of permits you need to submit an application for, please review the following.
- Building Permit
- Electrical Permit
- Gas permit
- Mechanical Permit
- Plumbing Permit
- Roofing Permit
- Low Voltage Alarm System
- Window/Door Permit
- Permit Extension
- Certificate of Occupancy/Completion
- Swimming Pool Permit
Different Permits Application
- If you are applying for a roof permit or re-roof permit, please attach the print out of the Florida Product Approval and the Installation Instructions and send them along with your signed application
- For any other types of permit applications, please include any small drawings or explanation of work that you have. Please note that additional documents may be required as determined by the building official.
- For larger projects that have sets of plans, please drop off at least two (2) sets of prints at our office along with the Application for Building Permit. If you’re submitting plans larger than 11 inches by 17 inches, three (3) sets will be required.
