Sandblasting Category--Class "S": The scope of work of a Class "S" specialty building contractor shall include and be limited to the cleaning of surfaces by pneumatic sandblasting in preparation for waterproofing or paint, engraving, cutting, or cleaning glass or stone, and removing scale from metals. In order to be eligible to be certified as a Class "S" specialty building contractor by the board, the applicant shall have at least one (1) year of practical experience in the category.
