Demolition Category (Non-explosive)--Class "D": The scope of work of a Class "D" specialty building contractor shall include and be limited to the demolition, wrecking, and disassembling of buildings and other structures or parts thereof, and the removal of debris there from in such a manner that adjoining structures, properties, and parts thereof, workers, and other persons are not injured. In order to be eligible to be certified as a Class "D" specialty building contractor by the board, the applicant shall have at least two (2) years of practical experience in the category.
