Residential Building(Class C) For Broward(GITS)

Class "C": The scope of work of a Class "C" residential building contractor shall include and be limited to the construction, remodeling, repair, alteration, and improvement of one (1), two (2), and three (3) residential dwelling units, and accessory use structures in connection therewith, all of which shall not exceed two (2) stories in height. A Class "C" residential building contractor shall not do any electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or liquefied petroleum gas work. In order to be eligible to be certified as a Class "C" residential building contractor by the board, the applicant shall have at least three (3) years of practical building construction trade experience.
