"Non-structural siding contractor" means a contractor whose practice and scope of work are limited to performing all work related to the installation of vinyl siding and wood or metal windows and doors. This work includes work necessary to repair the substrate for proper installation, including removal and repair of individual structural components, but does not include removal of structural assemblies.
