Natural gas specialty contractor means a contractor whose practice and scope of work are limited to natural gas systems, and has the knowledge, experience and skill to install, maintain, repair, alter or extend natural gas piping, appliances, gas mains, laterals, tanks and other appurtenances in connection therewith.
