A Master Mechanical may install, maintain, repair, fabricate, alter, extend or design central air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and ventilation (including duct work in connection with an entire system only to the extent such work of ductwork is performed by Contractor necessary to complete an air distribution system) unfired boiler and pressure vessel systems, lift stations, equipment and piping and all fixtures, appliances or equipment used in connection therewith; also piping, piping insulation, vessels and ducts, pressure and process piping, pneumatic control piping, gasoline tanks and installation of pumps and piping therefor, fire sprinkler systems and standpipes, air piping, vacuum line, oxygen lines, nitrous oxide lines, ink and chemical lines, fuel transmission lines, and installation of a condensate drain from an air conditioning unit to an existing safe disposal or other non-approved waste. a direct connection to a sanitary system.
