A Concrete Works Engineering Contractor is an engineering contractor who has a qualifying agent with the experience and skill gained by not less than one (1) year as a general superintendent for a building or engineering contractor, or education equivalent thereto, or a combination thereof, and qualified and certified to construct concrete driveways, sidewalks, curbs and gutters and related nonstructural concrete components.
