Permits
Residnetial Re Roof
The following items are required for the submission of a residential application.
- Roof sheathing must have the required fasting
- The chosen method of underlayment installation and fastening as per the manufacturer installation instructions
- Underlayment fastening must meet FBC code requirements installation direction
- Show Valley installation and fastening if required
- Off ridge vents, exhaust vents, boots, or any other vents installed on the roof must show the fastening and the application of asphalt roof cement
- Show starter strip with appropriate fastening
- Asphalt shingles must lead to appropriate fastening per manufacturer installation
- Show vertical sidewall flashing along with the fastening

Portable Sign
- On-site temporary signs used for grand openings of businesses and other short-term events may be authorized for a display period of no more than thirty (30) days per occasion/ event when accessory to the authorized land use
- A maximum of three (3) temporary signs shall be allowed per parcel per time period, one of which may be a balloon or air-activated sign
- Temporary signs may not exceed a total of thirty (30) square feet in area
- No more than four (4) temporary sign permits shall be issued for the same parcel during any calendar year, with a minimum of thirty (30) days between permits
- A copy of this permit must be kept on-site for the 30 days of this permit
- In addition, all temporary signage must be clear of all rights-of-way, parcel lines, and overhead utility lines. All signs shall be adequately secured to the ground or building to prevent horizontal movement

Residential Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Safety Act of Notice
- The pool with a complete plumbing plan showing the location of the mechanical equipment and the plumbing lines, vent lines, pipe sizes, flow rates, and pressures
- The layout of the pool with dimensions showing steps swim outs, ladders, and other features
- The spa with a plumbing plan
- The deck with dimension showing a relationship to the house
- Location of windows and doors that have access to the pool from the house
- The location of the child barrier fence
