Commercial Re-roof permits require a minimum of two inspections.

Residential Swimming Pool,Spa and Hot Tub
The following list is a checklist for this permit:
- The pool will be isolated from access to the home by an enclosure
- The pool will be equipped with an approved safety pool cover
- All doors and windows providing direct access from the home to the pool will be equipped with an exit alarm that has a minimum sound pressure rating of 85 decibels at 10 feet
- The pool will be equipped with a floating pool alarm

- 2 copies of drainage/floodplain/stormwater reports including compensatory storage calculations
- 2 copies of civil plans related to floodplain

- 2 copies of as-builts/elevation certificates
- 2 copies of CD or USB
