Re-Roof

Commercial Re-roof permits require a minimum of two inspections.

• Asphalt Shingles
• Modified Bitumen
• Concrete Roof Tile
• Clay Roof Tile
• Thermoset
• Thermoplastic
• Photovoltaic modules/shingles

Residential Swimming Pool,Spa and Hot Tub

The following list is a checklist for this permit:

• The pool will be isolated from access to the home by an enclosure
• The pool will be equipped with an approved safety pool cover
• All doors and windows providing direct access from the home to the pool will be equipped with an exit alarm that has a minimum sound pressure rating of 85 decibels at 10 feet
• The pool will be equipped with a floating pool alarm

• 2 copies FEMA application forms and package
• 2 copies of drainage/floodplain/stormwater reports including compensatory storage calculations
• 2 copies of civil plans related to floodplain
• 2 copies of geotechnical reports
• 2 copies of as-builts/elevation certificates
• 2 copies of CD or USB
