  County Certificate of Competency
  County Business Occupational License
  City of North Miami Beach Business Tax Receipt
  Liability Insurance (City of North Miami Beach as certificate holder)
  Workman's Compensation or exemption (City of North Miami Beach as certificate holder)

• State Contractors:
  State License
  Driver's License
  QB License (if applicable)
  Business Occupational License
  Liability Insurance (City of North Miami Beach as certificate holder)
