Mobile Home Permit Application Mobile Home Permit ApplicationEffective October 1,1999 as per florida administrative code rule 15 C-1 and 15 C-2, before issuing permits for mobile homes, government jurisdictions shall receive for the record a scale drawing of all pier block locations and dimensions, soil laod bearing capacity at the installation site and torque test results when required.
The following is required to be submitted with the application for Permanent Sign Permit:
Site plan/sketch showing proposed placement of the sign on property
Documentation that: The sign will be professionally made and conform to guidelines as outlined in Section 4.2.20.8 of the Land Development Regulations for the specific zoning district that subject property is located in. ii. The sign will be kept in good repair at all times during its display. Permanent signs shall comply with Section 4.2.20 pf the City of Newberry Code of Ordinances.

Uniform Low-voltage Permit Label This notice shall be submitted to the City of Newberry Building Departmnet within 14 days of alarmsystem completion .
Change of Use/ Occupancy Permit Application These premises shall not be occupied until the City has issued a Certificate of Occupancy. Occupancy inspection is required by the City and also requires an approval by the Fire Marshall as well
