Contractor Registration

The Town of Longboat Key requires that all contractors be registered with the Building Division. The Planning, Zoning, and Building Department, must maintain copies of the required valid state and local contractor’s license and proof of general liability and workman’s compensation insurance. If you want to know the status of and insurance documents on file, you would need to contact the Building Division.
