Permit Fees
The following are the Building Permit Fees for the City of Labelle.
Residential Building
Shall be based on a bona fide contract price, and the Building Official shall require a copy of such contract, or the following unit prices shall be used to establish value, and Exhibit “B” shall be used to establish the fee.
| Living and other completely enclosed finished area (excluding screened areas) | $60.00/SF |
| Roofed areas unfinished (Carports, Garages, Lanais, Porches, etc.) | $35.00/SF |
| Electrical Minimum Fee | $65.00 |
| Plumbing Minimum Fee | $65.00 |
| Mechanical/A/C Minimum Fee | $65.00 |
| Miscellaneous | Any item covered under misc. permit fees |
Commerial & Industrial Uses
Shall be based on a bona fide contract price, and the Building Official shall require a copy of such contract, or the following unit prices shall be used to establish value, and Exhibit “B” shall be used to establish the fee:
| Masonry and /or frame constructed buildings with interiors (FINISHED) | $60.00/SF |
| Masonry and /or frame constructed buildings with interiors (UNFINISHED) | $45.00/SF |
| Metal pre-engineered buildings with interiors (FINISHED OR UNFINISHED) | $55.00/SF |
Mobile Home, Mobile Unit, Modular Home, Modular Unit
Mobile Homes, Mobile Units, Modular Homes, Modular Units, (does not include concrete slabs or foundations additions such as carports utility rooms, screen porches, Florida rooms and the like. For these see Section D.)
| Single Wide Units (16' or Less in width) | $450.00/SF |
| Double Wide Units | $550.00/SF |
| Triple Wide Units | $650.00/SF |
| Pre-Moving Structural Inspections | $45.00 Plus $0.60 per mile if unit is outside the City |
