Key Colony Beach has an Online portal that will allow you to submit permits, review status, schedule inspection, etc. A permit is required for projects such as new construction, additions remodels, and repairs to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Requirements

The following trades require all the same documents:

• Remodel or Alteration
• Re‐Roof

• Preliminary cost affidavit
• Certified plot plan
• Workers Compensation form
• Proof of insurance

Do You Need A License?
