• Manatee County Property Appraiser’s “Residential” printout listing original date structure was built
• Two (2) current surveys

Fence

• Completed permit application with full scope of work & value of work
• Copy of signed contract or proposal
• Two (2) copies of property survey highlighting location of fence to be installed
• Notice of Commencemnet if over $2500.00 in value
• Cross sections of fence

Marine

• Site survey showing setbacks & location
• Copy of signed contract or proposal with owner’s signature
• Notice of Commencemnet (if over $2500.00)

New Construction

• Completed permit application with full scope of work & value of work
• Copy of signed contract or proposal w/cost breakdown
• Two (2) copies of Elevation Certificate
• Fire Impact Fee Paid (receipt)
• Notorized & recorded Floodplain Disclosure Statement & Non-Conversion Agreement
• Subcontractor forms for all trades
• Lot Calculation Worksheet
• Two (2) copies of Energy Efficiency Calculations
• Two (2) Isometrics
• Two (2) copies of Engineered Drainage Plan

Remodel/Addition

• Completed permit application with full scope of work & value of work
• Copy of signed contract or proposal with cost breakdown
• Elevation Certificate
• Subcontractor forms for all trades
• Lot Calculation Worksheet
• Two (2) copies of Energy Efficiency Calculations
• Two (2) copies of Engineered Drainage Plan

Re Roof

• Completed permit application with full scope of work & value of work
• Copy of signed contract or proposal
• Roofing/Soffitt/Facia/Siding Material Verification form
• Product Approval Specification Sheet
• Roofing affidavit for nailing

Swimming Pool

• Completed permit application with full scope of work & value of work
• Copy of signed contract or proposal with cost breakdown to include pool barrier
• Subcontractor forms
• Lot Calculation Worksheet
• Residential Swimming Pool, Spa, & Hot Tub Safety Act form
• Two (2) copies of current survey indicating location of pool/spa w/setbacks highlighted and location of silt fence highlighted
• Two (2) sets of sealed engineered plans
• Two (2) copies of engineered drainage plan
• Topographic Survey
• Two (2) copies of de-watering plan

Water Heater Replacement

• Completed permit application with full scope of work & value of work – Specify if gas or electric
• Copy of signed contract or proposal
• Spec sheet on water heater
• Diagram (2) or written response to the location

Windows and Doors

• Completed permit application with full scope of work & value of work
• Copy of signed contract or proposal
• Product Approval Specification Sheet
• Two (2) copies of layout/sketch of dwelling with area(s) of installation clearly marked
