Contractor Registration

• To perform any work in the City of Dunedin contractors must be registered with the city.
• There is no fee to register and registrations are valid through September 30 of each year.
• Contractors must show a valid State of Florida Contractor’s License.
• Contractors must show a valid Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board License or Registration.
• Must submit a Contractor's Letter of Authorization to authorize someone other than the license holder to act on his/her behalf.
