Expired Permits
- Must Submit a Permit Reinstatement Request form.
- A reinstatement fee of $55.00 will be charged for residential permits and a reinstatement fee of $115.00 will be charged for commercial permits.
Contractor Registration
- To perform any work in the City of Dunedin contractors must be registered with the city.
- There is no fee to register and registrations are valid through September 30 of each year.
- Contractors must show a valid State of Florida Contractor’s License.
- Contractors must show a valid Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board License or Registration.
- Must submit a Contractor's Letter of Authorization to authorize someone other than the license holder to act on his/her behalf.
