Applying for a Permit Online

At the current moment The City of Dade City are only accepting online permit applications for: A/C change out, re-roof, door & window change out, garage door, low voltage, electrical alteration/upgrade, tree removal, water heater replacement, fence, shed, and demolitions.

• Permit Portal
• Select “Permit Application Request”
• Fill out the application and upload the proper documents for what the permit calls for

Contractor Registration

There is no deadline for renewing your contractor registration. You may update at your convenience; however, all required items must be current to conduct business in the City of Dade City.

• Submission Requirements:
• Filled out and completed Contractor Registration Form
• Workers Compensation reflecting the City of Dade City
• Liability reflecting the City of Dade City
• Florida State License
• Business Tax Receipt of the city you are based out of
• Contractor Authorization Letter
