Specialty Contractor Registration

Please fill out and return the application along with copy of the following items and submit it to the City of Coral Springs:

• Business Tax Receipt
• General Liability Insurance
• Workman’s Compensation
• State License and/or Certificate Of Competency

Any permit application with an estimated cost of $2500.00 or more requires:

• Property Owner’s Signature
• Recorded Notice of Commencement per Florida Building Code(submit prior to first inspection)
