In the city of Coral Springs, a permit is required to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, remove or demolish any building, structure or part thereof.

- Fences (Addendum Required)
- Hurricane Shutters
- Window / Door Replacement
- Pools / Spa Electric, Plumbing, Deck & Heater
- Re-Roof (Addendum Required)
- Satellite Dish OVER 20”
- Screen Enclosures/ Pool / Patio / Porch
- Sheds
- Slab
- Signs (Addendum Required)
- Tenant Improvement
- Tents/Canopies larger than 10’ X 10’
- Temporary Trailer

Specialty Contractor Registration
Please fill out and return the application along with copy of the following items and submit it to the City of Coral Springs:
- Business Tax Receipt
- General Liability Insurance
- Workman’s Compensation
- State License and/or Certificate Of Competency
Any permit application with an estimated cost of $2500.00 or more requires:
- Property Owner’s Signature
- Recorded Notice of Commencement per Florida Building Code(submit prior to first inspection)
