- Contractor’s must be registered with the County of Pinellas, they can do this by submitting the Contractors Registration Form
Information Required
- Application signed by the State-certified Contractor and signature notarized.
- Copy of your State certification.
- $35 application fee and self-addressed stamped enevelope.
- Certificates of insurance for General Liability and Workers Compensation.
