Sign contractors, electrical are those who are qualified to install, repair, alter, add to, or change any electrical wires, apparatus, raceways, conduit, or any part thereof on electrical signs and are qualified to erect signs. Such contractor may connect to an existing sign circuit and may contract for and take out building permits for the erection of signs in accordance with building and zoning codes.
